Excellent Stay Near Excel
convenient location modern gym useful dryer breakfast selection
The hotel offers a convenient location next to the exhibition center. The gym features several machines, including treadmills. I found the coin-operated washing machine and dryer very useful. The daily breakfast buffet had a good selection of foods.
The pool was a bit cold .

friendly staff top hotel chill area on-site parking
The staff provided Really good service, especially in the restaurant. We felt welcomed upon arrival, and the hotel had all expected facilities from a top hotel. There were plenty of areas to chill and work in, which I appreciated. The hotel is right next to the DLR and the Excel centre. On-site parking is available.

The Urban Room featured a comfortable king bed. The room also included a modern, clean bathroom with ample space. The high floor location offered a quiet environment and city views.

spacious room clean room consistent housekeeping
I found the room very spacious and clean. the proximity to the metro was really good, just steps away. i liked the consistent housekeeping service. The room was always tidy. i found the staff very cute!
The television was very slow. It took ages just to set up a movie! though the parking was expensive.

The gym included modern equipment, with several treadmills and stationary bikes. Everything looked well kept. the pool area was warm and inviting, also there was a sauna and steam room, which i found quite clean.

the breakfast had good options, with many choices, and it was a light and airy location. a bar on the ground floor had really good food and drinks, and a convenient 24-hour snack bar provided easy access to necessities.

The urban room on a high floor offered a spacious environment. It was modern and clean. the amenities included great shades and comfortable beds. Consistent housekeeping really added to the quality of the stay here.
